How was our service?

"I really appreciate the repair work on the braided rug.  It was in very bad shape.  Thank you so much.”

“Couldn’t be better”.

--------------------------------------------

Very appreciative of our follow up call.  Puppies damaged rugs.  Though Costikyan expensive, well worth the cost as areas rewoven invisible.

Another satisfied customer compliment involved our Driver’s assistant from Tibet .  Her Tibetan dogs were better behaved when he spoke to them in their native tongue than in English. Worth the price of the cleaning.

Spoke to client on way to airport to fly to Rome for honeymoon. Not only ecstatic about the results of the cleansing but stated that the turn around time was superb

--------------------------------------------

Quick response from client, “fine and dandy”

“I am very pleased with the way my carpets and rugs were cleaned by you. They look beautifully fresh and bright. Thank you so much.”

Very happy with outcome of cleaning and repair of  Edward Fields carpet.  However, one problem as edges not glued  satisfactory.  On site visit within a week resolved problem and client very satisfied.
