The Costikyans have gained world recognition for their
care and maintenance of hand made carpets, rugs &
tapestries. In 1886 founder
Kent Costikyan set the standard of excellence that is
upheld today. Established in 1886 in Rochester, NY
Restoration by Costikyan was originally an importing
firm. By the 1900's and now based in New York City, the
company became known for its collection of museum
quality period carpets from the 19th and 20th centuries.
